On 2 November 2021, the work boat BB left the port of Nykøbing Mors (Denmark) heading for a mussel farm in Limfjord with one farm worker on board. During the afternoon, the owner of the farm noticed that the work boat had not returned. He sailed to the farm and found the farm worker in the water by the work boat. He was brought to the hospital in Aalborg by helicopter, but was procounced dead shortly after arrival.
